blue birthday cupcakes

Ok so I made a batch of cupcakes tonight and made the mistake of getting the wrong brand of marshmallows which made my decorating complicated! i would always use kraft or publix brand do not use the target brand they are way too sticky and messy. I wanted to save time since target did not have any  kraft mini marshmallows but it would have been worth running to publix. i am adding a picture and you can see the flowers are a bit messy but still cute!
